More likely a spider bite. Take benadryl for itch and swelling and use a topical antibiotic cream on the spots. You might try ice or cold compresses. If it doesn’t get better in a day or so, see your doctor. It’s impossible to know what exactly bit you; some spiders are more venomous than others. If it gets worse at any point go to an urgent care center immediately.
