Just get rid of your bed….
You will be ok in a few days.
Benedryl tablets will help with the reactions. A spot of hydrocortizone cream will help as well.
Get RID OF THE BEDDING. Clean the room, dispose of vacuum bags, get a new mattress if possible or treat with a safe bug spray then put a mattress pad over the matress to keep you from absorbing any pesticide.
