Bed bug bites are usually individual bites. Scabies starts as individual bites but then starts to run together into red lines about 1 – 2 inches long and the itching gets more and more severe without prescription medication. If the ones on your wrist are getting better, this could be bed bugs or flea bites as one option.

One of the major signs of bed bug bites are raised red bumps that are often found in a distinctive linear arrangement on the skin. Skin rash and intense itching may result from the bites, but the itching can take several minutes to a few hours to develop.

You will also see new bite marks every morning after you wake up since bed bugs will continue to feed when you are asleep.

Scabies is usually found on hands wrists elbows ankles etc, I would recommend a visit to the doctor to confirm whats causing the marks.
