Oh! Spider bites are ugh and horrible.They aren’t yellowish and
as your describing.Maybe,it’s a bed bug bite because B.bug bites
are yellowish.
Probably,it’ll be nothing yet,but soon may increase.Have a look

This is not likely bedbug bite, and probably not spider bite.
common spider bites resemble a mosquito bite, (tiny red spot
on an itchy welt) and would not have pus in them unless they
become infected. (usually from scratching)
What you describe sounds more like a boil or ingrown hair.
There are a couple insects that can cause a ‘blister’ , but
these are rarely found indoors, much less in a bed.
If this should drain, you might apply a topical antibiotic to
keep infection from spreading.
