adampdietrich asked:

ok i have just moved out from a place with bed bugs. i know for a fact that they were bedbugs. but i only ever saw full grown adults. so now im in my new apartment.. i have wash all clothes in hot water and my dryer cycle goes on hot for 60 min however in this new places.. which does have alot of silverfish i found a small bug in the bed the other day. i caught it and put it in a jar. however he is only 1.2mm long darker.. more of a brown black ish. has a few very tiny white spots down its back. now the shape of him.. well its more of a beetle i guess. where the head would be a almost half shaped moon.. and than the back would be kinda like a lady bug with the hidden wings. now i havent found him able to fly just. just crawls. and out from the back, there are (what looks like) two clear wings with a schene or a little bit of a opalesence. now i hear that bed bugs dont have wings.. but beleive me.. after living with them, you become very paranoid about whats crawling around your place. i keep on searching carpet beetles but i dunno.. the size i found should have some fur on it or something but i dont see any.. and im using a jewelers loope to look at him. if anyone would have some insite to what bug this might be (hopefully not one of the first stages of a bed bug)

thanks
