the best thing for that is at a janitorial supply place they have killer stuff(pardon the pun)
Bed bugs can be safely eliminated from homes, and other high traffic rooms with proper cleaning and relatively low toxicity botanical and dust insecticides.
I used to wake up with like 25 bed bug bites in my groin area. I put tooth paste around it and I haven’t gotten bit once ever again.
You can buy a simple bottle of bed bug spray at Home Depot or CVS “actually named that” for a couple of dollars.
