Febreze antibacterial is good
bed bugs need an insecticide get a new mattress and you will be allergy to this also vaccum the bed that helps and fabreze do an anti allergy spray just make sure your not allergy to it
and the bedding can be frozen in a freezer to help with dust mites ect if your freezer is big enough
They make plastic covers for your mattress and pillows then wash you bedding in the hottest water you can to kill the mites.
an even cheaper and better way to get rid and prevent bed bugs is:
1) steam clean your mattress.
2) buy a protective cover, costs about 3.50 from dunelm (UK)
3) always wash your sheets once a week on a 60 wash.
if you don’t have a 60 wash option then 24hrs in a freezer will kill the bugs.
4)wash your protective sheet once a month.
sprays may not work and can be expensive.
this way takes effort but is guaranteed to work x
You can now buy really good anti-allergenic covers for your mattress and pillows that actually allow air to breathe through but protect your , i think you will find that these are better than sprays and they are not that expensive!
