Raid isn’t really harmful unless ingested. If you don’t like the fumes or residue of Raid, try something natural, like diatomaceous earth (DE). It is a dust-like product that contains the crushed fossilized remains of diatoms (a single-celled alga). The dust is ingested by the silverfish and affects the cuticle of the insect, resulting in its dehydration. Insects cannot develop a resistance to it since there are no chemicals to which they can build up an immunity. You can get DE at a plant nursery.
Usually, an infestation of silverfish means high humidity in the environment, since they love moisture. A dehumidifier would keep them away.
You can use a silverfish bait, which is boric acid and an attractant, comes in little packs. They can be feeding on books, glue, adhesives, etc. Do a thorough insepction of the things that are in your house that could be their breeding ground.
I would stop spraying and start baiting.

Spraying the room,is a waste of time & money..For silverfish you need
to spray, where the walls join the floor, behind dressers, inside wardrobes
linen closets, hot water airing closets, where bath or shower join floor &
particularly if you have cupboards under the kitchen or bathroom sinks
check for dampness & spray again where wall joins floor..
I would check out local pest control agent & try to buy ready mixed
solution, specifically for silverfish & the like.Which you can put into a
spray bottle & do your self @ home.IF that no good try your Pharmacist, they can make you a solution that’s just as effective..To answer your question using bug spray every day is NOT good..
Good luck..Hope this helps you..Sleep well..
