there probs hives, there coused by something that u are allergic to or something that agravates your skin. nothing much to worry about but just wash your hands often so when u touch your face or other parts you dont get them, if u get them every morning after sleeping you might be allergic to what u use for laundry detergent or something along those lines and might want to look for a new brand
i agree with the first answer and when you look for sunscreen, detergent, deoderent, SOAP, anything for your skin look for hypo allerginic
