They move very slowly, and smaller then a grain of rice,
I know for a fact that they are not:
louse
crabs
ticks
bed bugs
or fleas
They do not bite
I think they came in on a large moth that lived in my room for about 1 week. any idea on what they might be?

i dont know what they would be sorry but i know you to get rid of them! SQUISH IT! AND WHILE KILLING IT YELL DIE DIE DIE!!!
If you can’t provide a photo, at least you have to provide a description of the creature you want identified. Just giving your personal opinion on what the creature isn’t won’t be helpful. I can tell you, however, that whatever it is didn’t come in on a moth.
You need to supply some more info. Can you describe the shape of the head? Can you see wings? Chances are they are something that flew in with the moth (attracted to light) and will die fairly soon BUT they might be little wood boring beetles that have emerged from your furniture.
